After beef, grilled poultry is one of everyone's favorite things to do on the BBQ. There are so many ways to mix it up that you will never run out of ideas and techniques for your weekend cookout.
Who doesn't love grilling up wings for a big BBQ? They are almost a staple and are expected so make sure you have a few favorites in your back pocket ready to toss on the fire. Garlic Parmesan Wings, Double IPA Wings, Dizzy Dust Chicken Wings or even a sweet Apricot Wing. There are endless ways to mix it up just by changing one ingredient in your marinade.
We try to make sure to grill all pieces of the chicken, not just a whole chicken as we do in the Beer Can Chicken. Fourth of July means Chicken Leg Quarters (they are always on sale so you may as well start making them) or you could make Smoked Chicken Thighs with Homemade Beer BBQ Sauce if you want all the neighbors to join you out on the deck. Grill up some simple Chicken and top it with Pico de Gallo for a great mix on two simple recipes. We even grill up Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers.
