Stop what you're doing and make these super simple and fast Smoked Sausages for a quick and easy dinner or afternoon watching the game. Offer up lots of mustards, onions, relishes and anything else you can think of that you and guests can pile onto the bun.
Set the smoker to 225°F and place the sausages on the grill grate using a fruit wood like apple or cherry.
Smoke the sausages until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove from the smoker, add to buns and top with all of your favorite toppings.

Nutritional values will vary based on the sausages you choose. Use our simply as a guideline. Sausages vary on size so always cook to temperature and check often. We showed smoking 2 different types, Hungarian and Polish. The Polish ones are thicker and much longer which took a bit longer to cook.
