Skirt Steak Marinade
This simple six ingredient marinade is perfect for a skirt steak and a very fast grilling!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Dried Onions minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add steak to resealable bag.
- Pour marinade over steak, seal and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
- Remove steaks, discard marinade and allow them to come to room temperature.
- Grill steaks the same way we did for the grilled skirt steak with black garlic aioli.
Notes
Time: Marinade time will vary depending on the thickness and quality of steak. We grilled ours after just 30 minutes and it worked perfectly!
Optional: I don't always use the olive oil. If the grill grate is extremely hot, the steak typically will not stick.
