Combine all of the ingredients into a small bowl and combine using your hands to gently pull all ingredients together. Do not overmix or the meat will get tough.
Form one inch balls and make even by rolling them in your palm. Place on a cookie sheet to flash freeze or move to the next step if you are grilling them immediately.
Wrap the meatball with half a piece of bacon. If you need to use a toothpick, slide one through at this point.
Add the wrapped meatballs to a cast iron skillet
Grill at 400 degrees with direct heat for ten minutes and then turn the meatballs over. Grill for another ten minutes. The bacon should be crispy.
You should ladle any excess bacon grease throughout the process.
Remove and serve!
BBQ Sauce
Combine the BBQ sauce and orange juice concentrate into a small bowl and stir. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Flash Freeze the extra meatballs and store in a freezer safe bag. Remove the night before grilling to thaw in the refrigerator.
