Store in a sealed container for up to a year. Use a funnel to add the rub to the storage jar.
Notes
This yields just under 1 pint of rub (32 tablespoons) and can cover over 16 lbs of raw pork. You'll need about 2 tablespoons of dry rub per pound of raw pork.Make sure to use a sealed container as any air will make this rub go hard in the jar. If sealed properly, this rub can last up to 12 months.
