– 1 lb Ground Chuck 80% lean – ¼ cup Onion chopped – Salt and Pepper to taste

Form round burgers

Press your thumb into the center of each burger to allow them to cook even and flat

Smoke the burgers for less than an hour - until the internal temperature reaches 135° for a nice medium rare
