– Cranberries – White Sugar – Lemon Juice –Clementines
Place the cranberries into a small cast iron dutch oven
Add sugar to the mixture
Add the lemon juice & chopped Clementines, then mix everything together!
Reduce the heat & stir frequently for up to 1 hr or when the cranberry mixture has broken down
Allow the mixture to cool completely, then add to the jam to a high speed blender & purée it
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks or freeze it for up to 6 months!
