Smoked Trout Dip is a rich & delicious treat.  It is easy to mix together & bake. Serve it hot!

INGREDIENTS

– Smoked Trout – Onion  – Olive Oil – Sour Cream – Mayonaise – Parmesan, shredded – Gruyere, shredded – Lemon juice – Chives chopped – Salt & Pepper to taste

step 1

combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cheeses, lemon juice & smoked trout. Add the sautéed onions & garlic & mix well.

step 2

bake

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through & the top begins to brown

Top with extra chives after it comes out of the oven

Serve warm & enjoy!
