Combine all of the marinade ingredients together & stir well
Reserve ⅓ cup in a bowl before you add the chicken, for the glaze later!
Add the chicken thighs & the marinade in a Ziploc bag
Put the bag in a bowl in the fridge for about 6 hours
Remove the chicken from the marinade, place it on the grill & let it cook for 7-8 mins each side
In the last few mins, brush the reserved marinade on the chicken. This will develop into a nice caramelized sauce & add tremendous flavor!
