Grilled Potato Skins loaded with cheese & bacon are grilled in 10 mins - so easy to make & delicious! 

Coat the potatoes in olive oil & salt. Then bake for 60 – 90 mins.

STEP 1

Slice them in half lengthwise & scoop out the center of the potato.  Grill the skins for 5 min!

STEP 2

Add cheese and bacon to the potatoes & grill for an additional 5 mins. They should be nice & bubbly.

STEP 3

Remove them from the grill & add green onions, sour cream & even some butter to make them fully loaded!
