Grilled Green Bean Bundles
Wrap 6-8 green beans with a thin slice of bacon. The bacon should stick to itself and form a seal to keep the green beans together. If it doesn't work, use a toothpick or short metal skewer to lock them in place
Brush on olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. The oil will minimize sticking to the grill.
Heat grill to 325 degrees on direct heat.
Place the green bean bundle on grill and cook for three minutes and then turn them over. Grill another three minutes.
Brush on sauce and let it soak in for minute. Turn the green beans over and brush again.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
We used thinly sliced bacon as the thicker bacon had a harder time wrapping and staying around the green bean bundles. The thin bacon would stick to itself where as the thicker bacon would not.
