Ingredients
1
whole
pineapple
cored, sliced into 1 inch slices
Honey Butter Glaze
3
tbsp
Butter
melted
1
tsp
Honey
1
tbsp
Olive Oil
Instructions
Prepare the Honey Butter Glaze
Combine honey and melted butter together in a bowl and mix
Prepare the Pineapple
Slice the pineapple into one inch thick slices and remove the core. Brush the slices lightly with olive oil so they won't stick on the grill.
Grill the Pineapple Slices
Heat the grill to 350 degrees on direct heat
Place pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip. Grill second side 3-4 minutes.
Once the pineapple is flipped, brush the newly grilled side with the Honey Butter glaze. It will start to sink into the pineapple and caramelize.
Turn over one last time to brush the glaze on the second side and remove from the grill.
