Grilled Honey Acorn Squash
This is a super easy fall vegetable dish that we make year-round. It takes just a few minutes to grill and the sweet honey cinnamon sauce will win over even your pickiest eaters.

Acorn Squash
Honey Cinnamon Sauce

tbsp
Olive Oil

tbsp
Honey

tbsp
Butter
melted
1/4
tsp
Cinnamon
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Sauce
Combine honey, melted butter and cinnamon in a bowl and mix, set aside
Prepare the Acorn Squash
Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds with a spoon
Cut into 1/2 inch slices
Brush the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. The olive oil will minimize any potential sticking on the grill.
Grill the Acorn Squash
Heat the grill to 350 degrees
Place the acorn squash on the grill and let cook for three minutes
Turn the squash over and brush with the honey cinnamon mixture
Cook for another three minutes, or until the squash is fork-tender
Brush again right before removing from the grill
