These grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs are extremely easy and virtually everyone loves the sweet pineapple that is threaded on the skewers. Grill on!

Hawaiian Marinade

Soy Sauce

Brown Sugar

Rice Wine Vinegar

BBQ Chicken Skewers

Chicken
boneless chicken thighs or breasts cut into two inch cubes

Pineapple
cut into one inch cubes
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic powder.
Reserve about 1/4 c of marinade to brush on later.
Place marinade in a zip lock bag with chicken ad place in the refrigerator for two hours.
Prepare the Grill
Preheat grill to 350-375 degrees. Use direct heat to get a great sear.
Grill the Hawaiian Chicken
Thread the skewers with the chicken alternating with the pineapple cubes.
Oil grill grate and place skewers on grill.
Grill 5-7 minutes each side or until chicken in completely done and juices run clear.
Brush reserved marinade over the top of skewers the last 3-4 minutes on each side.
