Making the homemade apricot ginger glaze is easy. It tastes so good on these grilled chicken thighs! You'll have a bit left over, so store it in the fridge until your next grill.
Combine BBQ sauce, garlic and jam in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Turn off to cool. It will thicken as it cools.
After it cools, store it in a small jar in the refrigerator
Grill the Apricot Chicken Thighs
Heat grill to 350 degrees
Grill chicken thighs 6-7 minutes on each side
Brush the sauce on the chicken after you flip it and continue to cook the second side an additional 6-7 minutes
Flip over again after the second side is finished cooking and brush glaze on one more time so the glaze is brushed on both sides. Remove when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
