Use different firm filets of fish to include in these delicious street tacos. It is easy (and fast) to grill fish, and they make for a delicious and healthy meal.

Instructions
Make the Mexican Seasoning
Mix all of the seasoning ingredients together. These fish tacos only require one teaspoon, so save the rest for other recipes.
Grilling the Fish
Grill white fish at 350 degrees for about 4 minutes on each side.
Make the Grilled Fish Tacos
Shred the fish and add seasoning. Mix well.
Place two tortillas together for each taco. Layer fish, shredded cabbage, cheese, tomatoes and cilantro. Add sour cream and avocado, to taste.
