Smoked Chicken Thighs
are the juiciest & most flavorful chicken you’ll ever make! It is tender, juicy, & sticky all in one bite.
Make the quick dry rub by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl
Make the Homemade Beer BBQ Sauce
Brown the onions in a saucepan, then add the garlic & remaining ingredients in.
Rub the chicken thighs liberally with the BBQ rub. Make sure to coat both sides.
Grill the thighs for about 2½ hrs or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
I used my favorite remote grill thermometer to keep track of the temperature!
When the chicken reaches the desired temp, baste the top of the thighs with the BBQ sauce
Make sure to completely cover the top and sides. Let it continue to smoke for another 10-15 mins!
