Grilling a whole Smoked Cauliflower is so easy to do & makes for the best BBQ side dish!

– 1 head Cauliflower – 2 tbsp Olive Oil – 2 tbsp DizzyPig Dizzy Dust – Lemon Juice – 2 cloves Garlic minced – 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

INGREDIENTS

Brush the marinade on the cauliflower.  I recommend brushing it on an hour or two ahead of the smoke.

STEP 1

Remove from the grill, sprinkle it with parmesan cheese & let the smoked cauliflower cool down before serving.
