INGREDIENTS
Grab 3-4 asparagus stalks to tie together for a single portion, using butchers twine
Prep the bundles
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic & salt & pepper together. Mix well!
Make the oil mixture
Place the asparagus bundles in a large Ziploc bag & pour the olive oil mixture in the bag.
Coat the asparagus
Smoke & remove the asparagus when they are fork tender & bright green
