Add garlic, herbs & butter to a food processor. Pulse a few times to mix!

Scoop the herbed butter mixture onto plastic wrap, roll & refrigerate.

Brush both sides of the fish with olive oil
STEP 3
Grill for 15 mins, then flip over to grill for another 8-12 mins
STEP 4
Carefully remove the fillet & place it on a sheet pan
STEP 5
While the fish is still hot, slice 3-4 pieces of the herbed butter & lay them on the steelhead!
