prep the corn

Place ears of corn on the grill for 10 minutes to char the outside

Add grilled corn to a bowl

Cut the corn off of the ears & place into a bowl

grill the other veggies

Spray with olive oil, add salt & pepper, then grill

Allow them to cool before cutting up!

combine everything

Combine the corn, tomatoes, pepper, red onion, black beans, lime juice, garlic & cilantro

Serve immediately with chips or you can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
