    🍽️ Why This Works

Quick and Easy | This is a very fast recipe that can be whipped together in minutes once you have your pumpkin smoked.

Delicious | This is a great recipe that tastes delish but not overly sweet. It’s creamy and satisfies those fall pumpkin cravings.

Easy to Make Large Batches | Make this for Halloween night as you give out treats or when the family gathers to carve pumpkins. Making a larger batch allows you to entertain with a drink that is unique and everyone raves about.

    Just a Few Ingredients Needed

Smoked Pumpkin | If you haven’t smoked a pumpkin yet, this is the year to give it a try. It is super simple and makes a gentle smoky flavor that you will use for this recipe, Grilled Pumpkin Bread, Grilled Mini Pumpkin Pies, Smoked Pumpkin Butter or Bourbon Smoked Pumpkin BBQ Sauce. If you don’t have smoked pumpkin, canned pumpkin can be used here.

    Simple Instructions – Virtually Dump-and-Go!

    This is so simple!

Step One: Heat grill to 350 on indirect heat.

Step Two: In a dutch oven or cast iron skillet, combine all of the ingredients and stir with whisk.

Step Three: Heat up on grill until this is hot. Carefully Pour into glasses and top with whipped topping and ground cinnamon. This should take 10-15 minutes. Stir often so it doesn’t scorch at the bottom.

    ❗ Expert Tips

Make sure to keep stirring and don’t walk away as you don’t want this to scorch.

Store in a sealed container for up to seven days in the refrigerator. Reheat this in the microwave or on the stove top.

Change out the seasoning to make it pumpkin spice or apple pie spice.

Add more or reduce the sugar based on your sweetness tolerance.

    Recipe FAQ

Can I make this without smoking a pumpkin?

Yes, you can. Use canned pumpkin in place of the smoked pumpkin. The latte will still be cooked on the grill but won’t have the slight smoky flavor that will come from the smoked pumpkin. Equally fun though.

I don’t have pumpkin pie spice. How can I make this at home?

We love this one from AllRecipes which is only four ingredients.
